          Robert C Smith

When putting together the site I was hoping I would run into some of the teachers along the way since so many of them molded us all into what we are today. It is a sad that sometimes I find that we have lost a school teacher but they have touched us all in one way or another and the memory will always linger on. It would have been nice to let them know at some time just how good a job they did in teaching us one thing or another. As with fate we move away and soon forget about the teachers. What they have taught us still lingers as well as the memory of our school days.

Robert C Smith was one of the teachers who many of us can remember from our days at WTHS and WKHS. A great teacher and one that will always be remembered.

Jean Nedrow writes...
I was so sorry to hear of Mr. Smith's death. He was one of my favorite teachers at WTHS.  Warm, kind, there to teach and help us as we stumbled along. I think he knew he was loved.                Jean Nedrow
