FLORIDA BOARD CERTIFIED INVESTIGATOR

On Wednesday, June 26, 2002 at approximately 1854 hours this investigation arrived at XXX XXXXXXXXXX, Port Orange Florida XXXXX for the purpose of interviewing Ms. Christina Boothe on behalf of the above captioned client. Those in attendance were:

Father of the witness Mr Boothe
Mother of the witness Mrs Boothe
Christina Boothe Witness

This investigator began:

My name is Philip Kicaid. I am a private investigator that has been retained by Glen Bradsher on behalf of Mr. Bradsher's son Burton Bradsher to make inquiries and take statements regarding the Bradsher case.

For the record I am not taping or recording this interview.

The statements and questions will be short and direct. I am just looking for the truth. I am not attempting to get anyone in trouble or get you to say something that is not the truth.

Mrs. Boothe inquired, " Could Christina be in any jeopardy in making any statement?"

This investigator replied, " That is a legal opinion. However has Christina made any written statement regarding this case?"

Mrs.Boothe, "No."

This investigator answered. " Then as a lay person, I do not see how telling the truth would place Christina in any jeopardy."

Mr. Boothe inquired, "Is your client looking for any sort of suit regarding this matter?"

This investigator responded, that was one of the first questions that this investigator asked Mr. Glen Bradsher, Burtons's father. Mr. Burton told this investigator that he did not want to have any sort of retribution. All Mr. Bradsher wanted was for Burton, his son , to have a fair day in court.

At this point this investigator turned to the interview.

This investigator asked, "How do you know Haley Hall?"

Christina Boothe replied, "We were friends since tenth or eleventh grade."

This investigator then inquired, " Are you and Haley Hall good friends?"

Ms. Boothe replied, We were best friends back then."

This investigator asked, "And now?"

Ms. Boothe responded, "We don't hang out much anymore."

This investigator asked if Ms. Boothe knew if Haley Hall had ever told a little white lie?

Ms Boothe did not respond.

This investigator asked if Ms. Boothe knew if Haley Hall had ever told a simple lie?

Ms. Boothe , still no response.

This investigator inquired if Ms. Boothe knew if Haley had ever told a flat out lie to anyone before?

Ms. Boothe answered: "Not since she lied to me about Burt."

Ms. Boothe then blurted out that Burton had attempted to have sex with Ms. Boothe a couple of weeks or so before the current incident. Ms. Boothe continued by stating that Burt had straddled Ms. Boothe on the couch, with Burts's knees pushing against Ms. Boothes upperarms and Burts's thighs pushing against Ms. Boothe's upper torso and forearms, leaving Ms. Boothe's hands free.

Ms. Boothe continued by stating that Burt had demanded sex on that occasion and when Burt was rebuffedby Ms. Boothe, Burt poured mouthwash on Ms. Boothe's face eyes and mouth. When Ms. Boothe spew some of the mouthwash back at Burt, Burt slapped Ms. Boothe twice.

This investigator inquired as to the velocity of the slaps, but Ms. Boothe did not respond.

Ms. Boothe then told this investigator that the girls knew that Burt was demanding sex from other girls and that is why Ms. Boothe told Haley Hall not to go over to the house(5190 Westridge, Port Orange) anymore.

This investigator asked Ms. Boothe the names of the other girls.

Ms. Boothe responded with one(1) name, "Beth."

This investigator inquired, "Beth Ellis?"

Ms, Boothe stated, "Yes."

In retuning to the interview , this investigator stated, " I have read all of the statements and reviewed the facts of the instant case. From this review, it is obvious that Ms. Hall had spoke with you regarding the incident, did she not?"

Ms. Boothe answered, "yes"

This investigator then inquired as to what Haley Hall had told Ms. Boothe.
Ms. Boothe stated that Haley Hall had told Ms. Boothe that Burt had not done any of the things Ms. Hall said Burt had done. Burt had not demanded sex, did not feel her up and did not make any sexually based comment to Haley Hall.

Ms. Boothe then added " But she told me she was lying the first time>

This investigator asked Ms. Boothe when Haley Hall made this second statement?

Ms. Boothe stated, After I spoke with Burt's Attorney."

Ms. Boothe then added, "Burt still had the knife and did not let her go!"

This investigator asked, according to whom?

Ms. Boothe did not answer.

This investigator then asked, " At some point you contacted Mr. Gerard Keating, Burts's attorney for trial, what did you tell Mr. Keating?

Ms. Boothe stated that Ms. Boothe told Burt's lawyer what Haley Hall had told Ms. Boothe. Ms Boothe added that Ms. Boothe had also talked with the other attorney(prosecution) about the same thing, but that attorney only gave Ms. Boothe Ten (10) minutes and did not seem that interested.

This investigator interjected, Mr. Keating had been contacted by two (2) individuals stating that Haley Hall had told these individuals that Ms. Hall had lied about Burt.

Mr. Boothe inquired as to the indentity of the individuals.

This investiator replied that one (1) of the individuals was Richard Fuller.

Ms. Boothe stated that Ms. Boothe had told Burts's attorney that Ms. Boothe would not sign anything or testify in court. "I just didn't want to get in the middle."

Ms. Boothe added that Mr. Keating did not call Ms. Boothe to testify due to Ms. Boothe's reported previous experience with Burt.

This investigator then asked, "Did Haley Hall object to being wrapped up and dragged to the bedroom?

Ms. Boothe answered, "No"

This investigator asked Ms. Boothe what else happened, if anything?

Ms. Boothe stated that Ms Boothe went to the door and listened and heard them talking. Ms. Boothe returned to the living room. When Ms. Boothe could not hear Burt and Haley Hall, Ms Boothe again listened at the door and told Haley Hall that it was time to go.
Ms. Boothe stated both Burt and Haley Hall came out in a few minutes and both Ms. Boothe and Haley Hall left.

This investigator asked if Ms. Boothe had anything to add?

Ms. Boothe stated, "no"
